Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products in refill format (delivered via mason jar) because we cannot ensure the product has been unused and it cannot be resold. Products in original packaging, and/or accessories can be returned for store credit within 14 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you would like a refund on a product please contact us at thesimpleconceptshop@gmail.com and we are happy to help you with the process. All refunds will be provided to customers as a store credit via a coupon code. 

Unfortunately, we will not pick up refunds unless you have another scheduled delivery. If you do have a scheduled delivery then we are happy to pick up your return. If you do not have a scheduled delivery then the customer is responsible for the returning the item to our shop in order for the refund to be processed. 

JAR DEPOSIT REFUNDS

For those purchasing refills, product delivered via mason jars, are charged $1.25 deposit per jar. When a customer is finished with a jar, we ask that you rinse the jar, and allow it to completely air dry. Jars must be free of damage which includes scratches, cracks and chips. Empty jars should be left out on delivery day for us to pick up when we are dropping off your next order. If you do not have another delivery scheduled, you can drop off your jars to one of locations eligible for drop offs. If only a jar is returned, without a lid, you are still eligible for a $1.00 return. 

For each jar in good condition, with a lid, that is returned, you will receive a $1.25 refund via a coupon code that will be eligible for you to use towards your next purchase. 


REFUND PROCESSING 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a shop credit will be sent to you via a coupon code. 

Late or missing refunds  
If it has been 3+ business days since you returned your item and you have not heard from us, please email us at thesimpleconceptshop@gmail.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thesimpleconceptshop@gmail.com
